- Wises Farm - Maroochydore, Queensland, Australia - Project completed in 2003. Involved the Design of 120 acres of mixed-use development, Perspective sketches, Road and site planning
- City Plan, Changshu Cultural Precinct - Changshu, China - Project completed in 2002. Involved the Design and co-ordination of a 270 hectare Master Plan for the city of Changshu, Formulation of brief, Design and presentation of overall Master Plan to include roads, botanical gardens, zones of activities and building sites, Sketch plans of major buildings such as - Administration Building, City Hall, Music and Performing Arts Centre, Planning and Architectural Centre, Fine Arts Building, Library Building, Museum, Science Centre, Convention Centre, Hotel, Sports Stadium, Indoor Sports Centre, Aquatic Centre
