As a Consultant to companies and in its own practice, Designform Australia has carried out a number of projects that contain a variety of activities in one building complex. These complexes include facilities for Living, Retail, Commercial and Entertainment activities. This mix of activities creates interest and diversity for the users, and encourages a variety of architectural forms. Typical building types include Resorts, Hotels and Shopping Centres.
- Resort Accommodation - Ba Zhou, China - Project completed in 2004 invloving the Design and Master Planning for 50 villas in China
- High-rise Residential / Commercial - Chenggelaoxiang, Nanjing, China - Project completed in 2002. Involved the design and design co-ordination of development to include a podium of 21,000 sq M with 8,200 sq M of basement parking and residential accommodation Towers of 41,000 sq M
- High-rise Residential / Commercial Development - Kaoushung, Taiwan - Project completed in 1995. Involved the design of 12 Storey Residential / Commercial building, restaurants, Medical Suits, Offices, Residential Accommodation and Night Club
- High-rise Luxury Apartment Building / the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia - Project completed pre-1995
