- Design and Construction of Chinatown Mall - Brisbane, Australia - Project completed in 2005. Involved designing additions and alterations to Chinatown carpark, interior Design, new restaurants and coffee shops, new bridge link, new mall fountain
- Shopping Complex - Ba Zhou, China - Project completed in 2004. Involved the design of shopping complex to include 35,000 sq M of shops, offices, eating areas and entertainment facilities
- Hot Springs Leisure Centre - Ba Zhou, China - Project completed in 2004. Involved developing brief and the design for Accommodation, Restaurants, Change and Massage rooms with 100 Hot Springs pools to service 1500 people
- Leisure Resort - Ping Tung Province, Taiwan - Project completed in 1995. Involved the development of the brief, Design of Restaurants, Hotel, Leisure Facilities, Retail and Commercial Facilities, Landscape layout with artificial lake
- The Holy Spirit Hospital - Brisbane, Australia - Project completed pre 1995. Involved the design of Six storey Mixed-Use facility, Design of wards, specialist medical facilities, consulting rooms, accommodation, Refurbishment of two levels of Patient Wards, Main Entrance and Lobby
- Qin Hu Luxury Housing Accommodation - Changshu, China - Project completed in 2001. Involved the design of Villas with exclusive water frontage, individual floating pavilions, 4 and 5 bedroom accommodation, tennis courts, water features and hotel entertainment
